In stock orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days from the order date. Orders placed on Weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business days. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate address or incomplete payment information, your order may be delayed an additional 2 days.
Out of stock items are made for you and take 3 weeks to make, process and ship.
Custom orders of your horse take 6 weeks to make, process and ship.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 11:00 AM PST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.
Express shipping is not available for Nunavut, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories addresses
STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard Delivery: U.S. domestic delivery is United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Your jewelry is tracked and usually arrives within 5-6 days.
